Peter Dolch

Managing Director

Builder, advisor, investor. Peter has been launching technology companies since before most of today’s founders were born. He founded Thaumaturgix (Tgix), a web development and infrastructure company twice ranked in the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies, where he led international teams, delivered over $120 million in projects, and grew the firm to 120+ people.

His work as a founder, advisor, and board member across 30+ startups has led to exits including the sale of CheetahMail to Experian ($36M acquisition, founding board member for six years) and the MediaMetrix IPO. He put the first U.S. Stock Exchange online (AMEX) and built enterprise systems for Hewlett Packard, Pfizer, AT&T Research Labs, Merriam Webster, and Harper Collins.

An MIT graduate (Management Science) with additional work at Harvard in the Biological Sciences, Peter co-founded Biospectal, a Swiss MedTech startup building optical blood pressure technology — winning Gold at MassChallenge, a Gates Foundation grant, and a first-of-its-kind collaboration with the WHO. He’s a Senior Advisor at grIP Venture Studio, a MIT SOLVE Champion, a lecturer at Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs, and serves as Board Chair of the MIT Sloan Club of New York, where he created and runs the annual MIT Women’s Venture Challenge.

He actively advises mHeart and CryoGeneus.
