Builder, advisor, investor. Peter has been launching technology companies since before most of today’s founders were born. He founded Thaumaturgix (Tgix), a web development and infrastructure company twice ranked in the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies, where he led international teams, delivered over $120 million in projects, and grew the firm to 120+ people.
His work as a founder, advisor, and board member across 30+ startups has led to exits including the sale of CheetahMail to Experian ($36M acquisition, founding board member for six years) and the MediaMetrix IPO. He put the first U.S. Stock Exchange online (AMEX) and built enterprise systems for Hewlett Packard, Pfizer, AT&T Research Labs, Merriam Webster, and Harper Collins.
An MIT graduate (Management Science) with additional work at Harvard in the Biological Sciences, Peter co-founded Biospectal, a Swiss MedTech startup building optical blood pressure technology — winning Gold at MassChallenge, a Gates Foundation grant, and a first-of-its-kind collaboration with the WHO. He’s a Senior Advisor at grIP Venture Studio, a MIT SOLVE Champion, a lecturer at Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs, and serves as Board Chair of the MIT Sloan Club of New York, where he created and runs the annual MIT Women’s Venture Challenge.

Ella is an international entrepreneurship and innovation professional with deep expertise in partnerships, strategy, and ecosystem development across the US, Europe, and Israel. Her technical grounding is rooted in robotics and emerging technology. At VIAM Robotics, she contributed to early market research and go-to-market strategy during the company’s pre-scale phase, before moving to PollyLabs where she led a robotics research program ; authoring market landscapes and developing an original investment thesis in agricultural automation. She is a member of Women in Robotics.
Ella continuously engages with the early-stage venture ecosystem. She has contributed to the foundational strategy and company building at PollyLabs, conducting due diligence for early investments, and works with founders on strategy and positioning. Prior to tech, she built and implemented a multi-channel revenue strategy at LATET, Israel’s largest humanitarian organization, establishing institutional partnerships, investor relationships, and a digital marketing operation that expanded the organization’s footprint across North America and Europe. She currently serves as Head of Business Development at the Women’s Forum for Economy and Society at Publicis Groupe, where she negotiates and structures commercial partnerships while developing the organization’s growth strategy.
An avid researcher, Ella has contributed to publications and productions spanning international law, AI and human interaction, and social policy. Ella has been invited as a guest lecturer on entrepreneurship at The New School in New York as well as a judge in the Women Entrepreneurs 4 Good pitch competition. She holds an MPA from Columbia University and an MBA in Analytics from Pace University, speaks four languages, and is based in Paris.
